Prof. Dr. Harald Meier, University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg / Germany is the founder of the International Institute for Training Quality Certification (IfTQ-CERT). With many years of professional experience as a manager and consultant, as a trainer and quality certifier in private Business, NGOs and Business Schools world-wide, he is also the author of numerous management books.
